Watermark at Home
The human body is over 80% water and we need to drink at least eight glasses a day to maintain our health. Unfortunately, the water you may be drinking can be tainted with chlorine, caffeine, and other contaminants and pollutants as well as nicotine, antibiotics and other prescription drugs.
In fact, the EPA has stated that, “Drinking water in the U.S. is among the top four public health risks posed by environmental problems.” Bottled water and city water systems may not address these concerns.
Up to 40 percent of bottled water is nothing more than tap water and studies have shown public water supplies often contain harmful levels of lead, bacteria, drugs and other impurities.
